Extremely capable, polite, and very satisfied with what has been done so far. I’ve never had to tell a cleaner that their work was done already and they need to leave before it goes over time. Typically the opposite.

A dream! My house has never looked or felt so clean! Such a brilliant and professional service. Super happy customer.

I am extremely fussy when it comes to cleaning and had used several companies before Ship Shape. They have been very friendly, prompt and whenever I have pointed out something they have rectified without pushback. I have even recommended to neighbours. Thank you Henry and team, fab!

Initial prompt friendly reply to enquiry, quotation given quickly. They were flexible on when work could be done. Truly a godsend during a stressful move. Their professionalism allowed me to concentrate on new property. End result immaculate, would definitely recommend

Only 2nd visit but so far very pleased indeed.

Huge thanks to Henry and his team for fitting us into their busy schedule and delivering a good clean. We’re loving having a clean house. Thank You

Excellent service. Friendly team. Prompt replies, polite, professional. Very happy with the service.

Henry has been a pleasure to deal with and answers emails promptly. Price is good and the cleaning has been excellent. Very pleased with the service and would recommend!

We are the Managing Agents for St Georges Works, Trowbridge and Ship Shape Cleaning regularly clean the communal areas and tidy the grounds.

They are always prompt and offer a high standard of service. We would recommend them.

Ship Shape Cleaning have done a fantastic job at St Francis. They covered cleaners who were absent at the last minute for 8 weeks, cleaning 5 days a week. This included classrooms, science labs, music rooms, staff rooms etc. The job was understood quickly and the cleaning was done to a very high standard. We then used them to deep cleaning the Prep and PrePrep areas, which again was done to a very high standard. We would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Highly Recommend Ship Shape Cleaning! The Royal NAAFI hired them for routine weekly cleaning of some MOD staff houses and only received good feedback. Great comms and very reliable.

Great service from Ship Shape. Excellent communication to ensure project was completed on time and to a high standard. Would highly recommend

Very professional from the first contact with Henry to the work being completed by his team. A well oiled machine! I had no hesitation in signing up for regular cleaning.

I was looking for a reliable cleaner for some time when I discovered Ship Shape. I have now had its workers four times and am very pleased with the way they carry out all the necessary tasks with efficiency and speed. One more load off my mind at what is proving to be a difficult time

Good reliable cleaners would reccomend.

Amazing cleaning & we can only highly recommend the Ship Shape team to everyone! Huge thank you from us!

Ship shape cleaners have been cleaning our office and showroom for some months now. Their work is excellent and always to a high standard. Using all their own products and equipment make the whole process easy. A well run, organised business.

Fantastic service and reasonably priced. We have our house cleaned twice a month, and it reduces so much stress for us. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent service. Contacted at the beginning of the week and had a lovely gentlemen come by the end of the week! House has never been so clean! Amazing!! Thank you!!

My disabled husband and I are now in our eighties and I have had to accept that I am not now able to do all that I used to do.

Having “H” to clean for us has been wonderful. He arrived promptly and from then until he had completed what he had been asked to do he worked very hard without even a break. The result has been obvious.

If all the employees of Ship Shape Cleaning are as diligent and I am sure they are, there will be some very happy (and clean) households in the area.

Very pleased with the overall service that Henry and his team have provided us. The cleaners are very polite and professional when carrying out their duties.

I am very pleased with the high standard of Ship Shape cleaning. They are punctual, hardworking and Henry has a great play list that he works to.

After a first longer session getting us up to scratch, we have settled into a regular fortnightly visit for house cleaning. They work very hard and have done a great job.

A small company with a dynamic leader. They have worked for us for a couple of months and we can only compliment them on outstanding work, we would highly recommend them to anyone

We had a big deep clean to get us under control & now we have settled into less hours on a weekly clean & the team always turn up on time & do a fab job!

Don’t miss this company & their team of well trained & thorough cleaners!

FYI – We had a single independent cleaner for years who not unnaturally gave up the ghost, which really upset us. But we now know there are only a few of these treasures left (& available) & so we truly feel that cleaning companies with lots of organised man power is the way forward!

Haroon has been amazing today, he’s worked SO hard, it really matters to me that he knows what a FABULOUS job he’s done for me, please can you share this with him, he’s been truly BRILLIANT!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for making the invoice/payment link so easy, I’ve not come across that system before, thank you very much indeed.
